Hi. My name is Marcél Viljoen and I want to help you get your running to new levels of enjoyment and performance. I have helped hundreds of runners of all abilities around the globe and would love to find out your goals and help you step by step to achieve them!
How does it work?

How does it work?

  • Our online program starts by finding out more about your training history, current levels of fitness and your goal events. This is done via an online questionnaire and some self-tests.
  • From there I will determine where you are right now and what type of program will be best for you.
  • You will receive your program within two to three working days and be on your way to the first phase of preparation.
  • Effective coaching is very much a two-way street and your feedback will help me to best look after your progression. Feedback could be through email, Skype, text, etc.
  • Before your big goal event we will decide on the best strategy for you as well as a pacing chart to help you best approach the event on the big day.
