Marko is a double South African cross country champion, having been on the local and international podium a number of times. He loves to work with junior and adult runners who want to improve performances on the track, cross country and up to 10 km on the road

Tyler is a qualified personal trainer and ASA-Certified sprints and hurdles coach. She brings energy and enthusiasm to every session, drawing on her years as a sprinter before channeling that speed into triathlons.

Grant is based at St Peter's College in Sunninghill. He is CGA-affiliated and specialises in sprints and hurdles. He is a former national champion junior champion in 110m hurdles. He was also the state champion in Virginia, USA in 55m hurdles.
