1. What the assessment is designed to establish
The assessment will give you a baseline across five areas:

FFA Youth Athletics Assessment Structure — 60 minutes
1. Parent/athlete introduction — 5 min
2. Warm-up & movement observation — 10 min
3. Sprint assessment — 15 min
4. Jump/general athletic assessment — 10 min
5. Event-specific observation — 10 min
6. Cool-down & initial feedback — 5–10 min
